Unable To Locate Package Source

Recently while installing visual studio 2012 ultimate I had come ac crossed to the error
"Unable To Locate Package Source" .

Solution:  Install latest update version of Visual Studio 2012  . Then run the visual studio 2012 with admin privileges  and select modify option to resume the installation

Enable Anonymous Access for Survey List

Due to activating the SharePoint Server Publishing feature in manage site features under "Site Actions" the option gets disabled .By deactivating the feature the option gets enabled .And once the requirement is completed activate the feature
