Cannot Connect to Configuration Database

Hi All, Few of our group members has got the issue "Cannot Connect to Configuration Database" as below

solution Goto All Programs->Sql Server 2008 R2->Configuration Manager or Tool->Sql Services 2008 R2 Service. Then you will see the SharePoint services State will be in Stopped mode ,Here you need to start and restart the central admin
